I received this testimonial by my dear friend Lina: we had been working together in eTwinning projects for long time before we met at the European Conference in Lisbon. I am happy to share it with you.
“Our school ” Escola Básica e Secundária de Gama Barros” in Cacém, Portugal, discovered the magic of eTwinning in 2007 and it’s never stopped since then! This year we started eTwinning celebrations in a study visit by the sea: we travelled to Praia Grande, a pleasant beach near Sintra, and sent blue and yellow paper boats full of stones to our friends; it was an activity integrated in another rewarding eTwinning project, named: “ Stone Culture rolling over Europe.” Our celebrations continued later with an enthusiastic video conference and a delicious eTwinning cake. That’s indeed a perfect way of celebrating eTwinning and making students and teachers happier and more motivated! Here is a video made by our students who chose one of their favourite songs!

Thank you eTwinning for inspiring us all these years!
